She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Hugh Shelton and Carrie Elizabeth Flippin Shelton; her brother Keith W. Shelton of Kernersville; her nephews, Drew Shelton (Laura) of Winston-Salem, Derek Shelton of Wilmington, NC and Darren Shelton of Wilmington, NC; and her great-nieces, Claire and Katie Shelton.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Kathy's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
