She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stanley Vinoski, II and Mae Elizabeth Linker Vinoski. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Henderson McElroy; her children, Jason Herron Hendren (Deborah) of Durham, Dana Shropshire Rutledge (William) of Kernersville, Jessica Hendren Miller (Kenneth) of Leland, Whitney Grier McElroy (Donta Love) of Burlington and Leigh McElroy Jones (Cliff) of Oak Ridge; and her brother Charles Chuck (Vinoski, III). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
