He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Ernest and Minnie Smith Williard; his wife Sara Young Williard; his son Thomas Ellyson Williard; his grandsons, Timothy Williard and Troy Williard; and his siblings, George Donald Williard (Mary Lillian), Daniel Smith Williard (Evelyn Hewitt Williard) and Evelyn Williard Stafford (Harold Wade Stafford).
He is survived by: his son John Newsom Williard (Carla); his grandchildren, Tiffany Rose Ibarra of The Woodlands, Joseph Hunter Williard (Alyssa Joy Williard) of The Woodlands, Daniel Brooks Williard of The Woodlands and Thomas Wiley Williard of Sparks, Nevada.; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Charlotte and Ella Rose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
