He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Addie Edwards Lane; and his former wife Carolyn Stigall Lane. He is survived by: his wife Deboraha Lane; his son Rodney Wesley Lane (Lisa); his grandchildren, Brett and Jessica; his siblings, Dot Grimes, Joan Norris (Eddie), Marti Polimino, Billy Lane (Joyce), Frankie Lane (Sharon) and Theresa Andrews (Dwight); and his nephew Tony Lane (Joanie).
