He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Marcellus Gasaway and Sarah Filene Garrison Gasaway; his wife Janice Boettner Gasaway; his children, Jamie Kilar (Jason) of Hillsborough, CA, John Gasaway (Cuilin Sheridan) of Keene, NH and Jared Gasaway of Kernersville, NC; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Rebekah Sheridan Gasaway, Sadie, Ivy, Ruby and Atticus Kilar; his sister Mary Hanchett (Cliff); and his sister-in-law Sandra Van Horn. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
