He is survived by: his wife Donna Bolick Herbison; his daughters, Casey Edwards (Joel), Johnna Gauldin, Brandy McBride and Heather Marie Skeen; his grandchildren, Camryn Kennedy, Layla Kennedy, Amelia Reece Edwards, Grayson Edwards, Jess Edwards, Zachary Gauldin, Jacob Gauldin, Will Beville and Matthew Beville; and his siblings, Sheila Martin and Joey Herbison.
