He is survived by: his wife Wanda Trantham Bullins; his sons, Ronnie Bullins (Lisa) of Kernersville, Randy Bullins (Tracie) of Kernersville and Sandy Bullins (Michelle) of Kernersville; his grandchildren, Ashley Bare, Allyssa Bullins, Taylor Bullins, Brandon Bullins, Holdon Bullins, Dylan Bullins and Samantha Bullins; his great grandchildren, Norah Jayne Bullins, Peyton Bare, Joseph Bullins, Khloe Bullins and Riley Bullins; his sister Elva Nixon (Russell) of Sparta; and his close friends, Eric, Hope McFarland, Roger, Cheryl Kinney, Larry and Darlene McAllister.
