She was predeceased by: her spouse Andrea "Andy" D'Ambrosio; her parents, Jerry Hoffman and Laura Parsons Hoffman; her stepdaughter Karen D'Ambrosio; and her sister Babs.
She is survived by: her daughter Tamera "Tami" Rumfelt (Alton); her grandchildren, Andrew Rumfelt, Carley Rumfelt and Laura Rumfelt; her stepchildren, Karl D'Ambrosio and Kim D'Ambrosio; and her siblings, Donna Adams, Laurie Vea, Charlene Lipman and Russell Hoffman.
