She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Williams and Louise Williams; and her former husband Bill Kiser. She is survived by: her husband David Witcher; her children, Bobby Kiser and Mendy Fulk (Gray); her stepson John Witcher (Tiff); her siblings, Jimmy Williams (Charlotte) and Amanda Roberts (Stu); and her grandchildren, Denver Sattenfield, Misty Porterfield, Chad Kiser, Lee Kiser, McKenzie Kiser, Tori Barker, Randy Witcher, Randall Witcher and Kimberly Fulk. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
