He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Roy Camp, Sr. and Hatcher Camp; and his siblings, Martha Camp Fenn, Jean Camp Thames and John Charles Camp.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Amos Camp; his children, Jim R. Camp, III (Gwen Gallegos Camp) of Albuquerque, NM and Jennifer Camp Martin (Danny Martin) of Jamestown, NC; and his grandchildren, Pryce and Erin Martin.
