He is survived by: his parents, Dr. David Musick and Cheryl Kimbrell (Al); his wife Brooke Musick; his daughter Avery Musick; his sister Allison Musick; and his in-laws, Mike and Cathy Lyerly.
In lieu of flowers, Jesse requested a memorial fund be set up for Avery's education.
