He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Blair; and his daughter Leslie Shea Blair. He is survived by: his mother Bertha Gray Griffin Westmoreland (Lyndon Westmoreland); his children, Travis Ray Blair and Dina LaRae Manley (Robert Manley); his grandchildren, Owen Manley, Griffon Blair and Jonas Blair; and his brother Steve Blair.
