He was predeceased by: his children, David Keith Lewis and LeAnna Lewis McMillian; and his siblings, Patty Lambert and Bill "Sadman" Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Becky Lewis; his children, Kenny (Wendie) and Regina Hutchins (Greg); his grandsons, Michael Lewis and Isaac Hutchins; and his great grandchildren, Brandon and Mason.
