He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Branson and Sadie Branson; and his wife Shirley Branson. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Branson (Wilma), Daryl Branson (Susan) and Tammy Bauguess (Dennis); his grandchildren, Scott Branson (Michelle, family: Julie Branson, Jennifer Givens, Amy Alexander, Nathan Bauguess, Ariel Barker) and Kristen Little (Burnie); and his sister Marion Lee. He is also survived by family, Julie Branson and family, Jennifer Givens (Chris) and family, Amy Alexander (Gary) and family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Kernersville Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
