He is survived by: his wife Shirley Caudill Walker; and his grandchildren, Emma Katherine Walker and Liam Samuel Walker. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Kernersville, or Senior Services of Forsyth County.
