She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Isaiah Bowman and Vera Tate Bowman; her husband Roger Duggins; her son Joel Duggins; and her siblings, Clay, Richard and Betty Bowman Rumley.
She is survived by: her son Mark Duggins (Allison); and her sisters, Carolyn Bowman Adams (Calvin) and Mary Frances Bowman Pearson (Bill). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and some very loving brothers and sister's in-law.
