He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Andrew and Cassie Wilson Holder; his wife Mary Ruth Holder; his daughter Martha Ann Holder; and his brothers, Wilson, Rex and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Englebert (Danny), Steve Holder (Teresa) and Sandra Holder Shropshire; his grandchildren, Adam Englebert (Ashli), Derek Shropshire, Stephanie Charles (Taylor) and Janna Holder; his great grandchildren, Addison, Dax Shropshire and Tiller Charles; and also Cheryl Mosca.
