Hazel Lee McCollem Hendrix Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2023, at the age of 94, Hazel Lee McCollem Hendrix of Kernersville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert and Leola Vestal McCollem; her husband Roy Lee "Badeye" Hendrix; her daughter Brenda Grubbs (Billy); and her grandson Joshua Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Roberts (Joe), Kathryn Brown, Cindy Higgins (Randy) and Debbie Rayfield (Randy); and her siblings, Ralph McCollem (Carolyn), Jane Holt and Ann Reavis. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
