He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Blue and Ruby Hardy Blue; his brother Larry Blue; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Parks and Henson Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Hare Blue; his children, Ray Blue (Erica) and Ashley Blue; his grandchildren, Ruby, Zoey, Makenzie and Gabriel; and his sisters, Barbara Williams, Pam Johnson, Sandra Parks and Vickie Allred.
