He is survived by: his daughter Kernersville Little League; his wife Teresa Hutchens Hancock; his sister Angie Boyer (Chuck); his parents-in-law, Barbara S. Hutchens and Benny Hutchens; his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Hancock-Kendrick, Jeffrey Hutchens and Bryan Hutchens (Colleen); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Hancock (Amy), Andrew Hutchens, Jessica Hancock, Reagan Boyer and Kayla Hutchens.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Piedmont Triad Chapter at 216 W. Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27401.
