It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Wayne Sapp Jr. of Kernersville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Patterson Sapp and Gerald Wayne Sapp Sr.; his children, Daniel (Shaunna) and Meredith McCay (Kyle); and his grandchildren, Willa Sapp, Braelyn McCay and Rhett McCay.

Masks and social distancing will be required out of respect for those most vulnerable to COVID-19.
