He was predeceased by: his parents, Cicero Thomas Crotts and Annie Mae King Crotts; his wife Cheryl "Cheri" Caldwell Crotts; and his brother Charles Crotts. He is survived by: his daughters, Christie Crotts Hollinger (Kurt Richard Hollinger) and Holly Charity Crotts; his grandson Michael Carl Azarian; and his brother Jim Crotts (Brenda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
