It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Clair Carter (Kernersville, North Carolina), who passed away on March 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Theodore Carter, Jr. and Marguerite Christine Arend Carter. He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann; his sisters, Edwina Kay Witte of Paducah, KY and Regena Marie Reid of Paducah, KY; and his pets, Jaxon and Jasper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
