He was predeceased by: his father John Carroll Gambrell. He is survived by: his mother Kay McEntire (Smith); his sister Erin Kangiser (Marty); his nephews, Adam and Ryan Kangiser; and his stepsisters, Brenda Ferguson (Allen) and Rhonda Gullett (Doug). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
