He is survived by: his wife Wanda Parker Rouse; his children, Andy Rouse (Crystal) and Emily Rouse Stokes (Brian); his grandchildren, Cole Rouse, Della Grace Rouse and Graham Stokes; his sister Nancy Ward (Clyde); and his sister-in-law Frances Kirby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
