She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Holland and Flake Holland; her husband James T. Westmoreland; and her siblings, Christine Madison, Louise Bick, Ruth Morton and Jake Holland.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Tommy" Westmoreland, Amy Davis (Dean) and Sarah Westmoreland Hutchings; her grandchildren, Jessie and Dalton Hutchings; and her niece Melody Jane Wood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
