Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Edith Madeline Gardner leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Francis Tilley; her parents, Ed Gardner and Nellie Pettis Gardner; and her daughter Frances "Sissy" McBride. She is survived by: her children, Jewel Tilley McClenic (Brian), Perry Tilley (Faye) and Curtis Tilley (Nyoka); her son-in-law Johnny McBride; and her pet Rusty. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
