He is survived by: his daughters, Gail DeBat (Floyd) of Manassas, VA, Dana Angell (Everette) of Winston Salem and Rhonda Church (Mark) of Kernersville; his grandchildren, Nathan, Johnathan, Erin, Kirby, Danielle, Julia and Alex; and his siblings, Ted Meadows (Virginia) of Asheville, NC and Kathleen Meadows of Old Fort, NC.. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
