He is survived by: his daughter Kaylee Nicole Ellis; his parents, Patricia Ellis and Steven Ellis; his sister Raina Ellis; his grandparents, George Smith and Pat Ellis; and his aunts and uncles, Deborah Steelman, Rebecca Wiggle, Larry, Brian and David (Michelle Ellis).
