He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hylton and Odessa Tuttle Hylton; his son Matthew James Hylton; and his brother Bill Hylton. He is survived by: his wife Frances Bean Hylton; his children, Eric Hylton (Sharon) of Kernersville, Kathy Montgomery (Bobby) of Winston-Salem, Renee Huffman (Jeff) of Kernersville and Bill Hylton (Dusty) of Mayodan; and his sister Ramelle Starnes of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
