He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Duggins and Violet Idol Duggins; his wife Frances Duggins; his children, Stanley Duggins (Lori), Vann Duggins (Debra) and Sharon Kepley (Mike); and his siblings, Roger Duggins, Henry Duggins, Wanda Wadkins and Diane Gamble. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
