She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kingsbury and Wilma Johnson Kingsbury. She is survived by: her husband David A. Eanes; her sons, Jimmy Apple of Gibsonville and Robert Spillman of Greensboro; her stepchildren, Angie Scott (Albert) of Kernersville and Rodney Eanes (Pamela) of Winston-Salem; her sisters, Barbara McCormick (David) of Summerfield and Jean Holland of The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Amanda Southard (Devin), Jacob Apple and Joshua Apple; her stepgrandchildren, Brandon Scott Lybrand, Tanner Eanes, Coltyn Eanes, Chase Rackemann and Peyton Bennett; and her nieces and nephews, Angie Heath Scott (Adam), Jennifer Nelson (Billy), Bryan Holland (Sherri) and Scott Holland.
