She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Glenn and Mary Ann Veach Angel. She is survived by: her husband Steve Pegram; her children, Brandon Pegram and Gretchen Cox (Patrick); her grandchildren, Harper, Hayden, Lila and Piper; and her sister Denise Verdinek (Bob). She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Debby's name to the following organizations supporting her love of helping children; Morris Chapel United Methodist Church Backpack Ministry, No Kid Hungry, or Sleep In Heavenly Peace.
