He is survived by: his wife Teresa Stephens; his daughter Crystal Stephens Moose (Mark); his stepdaughter Stephanie Hefner; his grandchildren, Aidan, Hope, Faith, Zachary and Hunter; his mother Peggy Stephens Powers; and his sister Pamela Stephens Alford (Adam). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
