He was predeceased by: his father James Ray McCormick; and his sister Tammy McCormick. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Duke McCormick Winters of Kernersville; his wife Nora Hayes McCormick; his children, Jonathan Ray McCormick of Kernersville, Mitchell Conrad McCormick of Kernersville and Waylon James McCormick; and his siblings, Sharon McCormick of Archdale, Lisa McCormick of Charlotte and James Ray McCormick Jr. of Lexington. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
