He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Steen and Mary Etta Huggins Steen; his wife Frances; his brothers, Asbery, Bobby and Eli "Buddy" Steen; his children, Curtis Wayne Steen (Christy) and Elizabeth Steen Caruso (Chris); and his granddaughters, Shelby and Abby.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Etta Israel, Elizabeth S. Floyd and Frances S. Adams; and his sister-in-law Heather Steen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
