With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colleen Blevins of Kernersville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jethro Quate and Nell Williams Quate; her siblings, Homer Quate and Jo Puryear; and her grandson Richard Alan Blevins.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Kenneth Blevins (Dick); and her sons, Mark, David (Tammy) and Phillip (Juanita Gaskins). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
