He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lambeth and Minnie Church Lambeth; and his siblings, Rocky, Chester, John Jr., Ronald, Jetty, Dorothy and Jennifer.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Heather (Damien) and John; his grandson Jourdan; and his siblings, Sherry, Kenneth, Jerry, Tony and Frankie.
