He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem S. Withers, Sr. and Lucy D. Withers; his granddaughter Amber Guy; and his siblings, James R. Withers and Brenda W. Moses.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy G. Withers; his daughters, LaSonya White (Fletcher) of Fort Washington, Tonya W. Guy, Crystal Withers of Charlotte and Tasha R. Withers; his sister Celestine Sheppard; his grandchildren, Lance Guy (Rie) of Okinawa, Lauren Guy, Fletcher Jr., Ava and Cassidy White of Fort Washington; his great grandchildren, Valerie and Jaxon Guy of Okinawa, Japan; and his sisters-in-law, Caretha Gilliam and Rosa G. Curry of Calloway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
