He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Stallings Blake; and his stepmother Pat Blake. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Bullock Blake; his wife Dena Blake; his children, Nolan and Riley Blake; his siblings, Anthony Blake (Kathy), Sharon Garner (Scott) and Shannon Kimball; his nieces and nephews, Kerri Morgan-Kelly (Nick), Ryenne, Gracen Blake, Caroline McGee (Matt), Chris Kohut, Jenna and Avery Garner; his parents-in-law, Bobbie Adkins and Wayne Morgan; and his siblings-in-law, Dalana Goodman (Chris) and Darren Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
