He is survived by: his wife Cathy Holbrook; his children, Anthony Myers (Jeanne), Val Nestoryak and Brian Holbrook (Kayla); his grandchildren, Paden Myers, Mercedes Myers, Kaitlyn Myers, Madi Nestoryak, Mia Nestoryak, Landon Holbrook and Gavin Holbrook; his mother-in-law Eyvonne Largen; and his sisters-in-law, Crystal Jones (Bobby) and Renee Zell (Ed).
