He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Coolidge Grimes and Fannie Tyler Grimes; his wife Andrea Michelle Grimes; his daughters, Maya Camille Grimes and Charlise Tyler Grimes; his siblings, Dana Grimes (Doris), Fananda Billingslea-Grimes (Jeff) and Clarence Grimes Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Atiba Grimes, Rashanda Grimes, Patrice Grimes, Daneé Pulley-Grimes, Jeffrey Billingslea and Kyle Billingslea.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Inc. at 200 S Marshall Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
