He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Golden and Jean L. Fordham; and his nieces and nephews, Holly Smith (Neal), Sami Hanks (Kevin), Wendy Goforth (Mike), Norian Fordham (Caroline), Mitsyco Pate and John Deboer.
