She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Moses Fulp; her parents, Woodrow Wilson Pinnix and Odelle Payne Pinnix; her daughter Myra Tucker; and her sister Brenda Willard.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Fulp Brown of Kernersville, NC, Lisa Fulp Jones (Barry) of Belews Creek, NC and Alan Bradley Fulp (Sabrena) of Lynchburg, VA; her grandchildren, Chrissy Brown (John), Matthew Jones (Alison), Stephanie Olivier (Josh), Leah Dixon (Adam), Kirsten Silver (Brice) and Holly Fulp; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Brown, Lily Brown, Liam Jones, Padraig Jones, Quinn Jones, Colt Silver and Mason Silver; and her brother Dennis Pinnix.
