She is survived by: her children, Carol Ann Squires (Tom) of Edmond, OK, Sharon Ferguson (Darrell) of Greensboro and Michael Zelyez IV of Kernersville; her grandchildren, Carly, Laurie Squires, Courtney, Matthew, Anna Marie Ferguson and Michael Zelyez V; and her great grandchildren, Maverick Dodd and Michael Zelyez VI.
