He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Tuttle and Marie Tuttle (Bull). He is survived by: his wife Pattie Tuttle (James); his children, Brandon Wallace and Stephanie Donegan (Kyle); his grandchildren, Anderson Early, Ryker and Hazel Donegan; and his sisters, Angie Creason (Larry) and Karen Smith (Russ). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
