He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Thompson and Kenneth Leslie Harlan. He is survived by: his wife Ann Ferguson Harlan; and his stepchildren, Lisa Dillon of Richmond, Virginia, Ray Dillon, Jr. and Shannon of Westfield, NC. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
