She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Lee Garl Lemons and Pearl Adams Lemons; her husband Carroll Welborn; her son Carroll Welborn Jr. (Tudy); and her siblings, Cabel Lemons, Charlie Lemons Jr., Vernon Lemons, Helen Trotter and Margarette Lemons.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Welborn (Joni) of Henrico, Virginia and Cathy (Bill Brown); her grandchildren, Micah Welborn (Megan), Jordan Welborn (Rachael), Whitney Canty (Josh), Cora Brown and Jessica Brown; and her great grandchildren, Elaina, Morgan, Lucy Aubrey, Clayton, Judah, Wesley, Emersyn, Ainsley and Shae.
