She was predeceased by: her son Michael Abraham Meacham. She is survived by: her parents, Tom Freeman and Ellen Freeman; her fiancé Coy Willard; her daughters, Casey Elizabeth Freeman and Brittany Carolina Willard; and her sisters, Sarah Hill, Jan Walker, Jean McCollum and Acie Scales. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of the Piedmont.
