He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Collins and Thelma Miller Collins; and his wife Linda Stephens Collins. He is survived by: his sister Carol Marshall (Ed); his sisters-in-law, Suzanne "Suzi" Westmoreland (Jim) and Nancy Karriker (Dana); his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Marshall (Crystal), Brent Westmoreland (Lilah), Ryan Westmoreland (Adrianne), Adam Westmoreland (Allison), Kelly Owens (Ross) and Laura Diethelm (David); and his close friend Linda Marie Jacober.
